About Mindy
Who's behind wiredOn Development
Mindy Silva is a New Zealand based pediatric physiotherapist (or pediatric physical therapist if you prefer) completing her PhD through the University of Otago with a focus on using available technology to support parents in managing home therapy programs.
Mindy maintains a part-time clinical caseload and also serves on the Guidelines and Consensus Committee of the Physiotherapy New Zealand Paediatric Special Interest Group and The Clinical Reference Group for Cerebral Palsy in the New Zealand Child and Youth Clinical Network. Her passion, besides the children and families she works with, is using technology to share the experience and voice of expert clinicians with other therapists; and building international clinical networks through wired On Development and The Wired Collective.
